The entire system is built from real-life experiences: early in the morning, late into the night, in the heat, in the cold, in the cab, and at the desk. You have our solemn word that your data is yours and yours only. It is held on highly secured infrastructure, using security practices informed by those expected in financial services. Each farm's data is strictly isolated from every other customer's data—it is never mixed or blended with another user's records. We have no affiliations with seeding providers, chemical companies, equipment companies, or financiers. Our customer agreement legally binds us never to sell your data or use it for any purpose you have not expressly approved. An approved representative of your farm must give KJ Labs permission before anyone here can look into your back of house, whether for product development, quality control, or troubleshooting.
Our standard is encrypted, geographically separated backups, rigorously tested recovery procedures, and infrastructure selected for exceptional availability. An outage in the middle of seeding or harvest is every bit as unacceptable to us as it is to you. We know your data is valuable, so we build around strong security and multi-site redundancy—so an earthquake in California, a wildfire in Alberta, or a thunderstorm in Saskatoon will never leave you in the lurch.
This project was born from an identified need for an intuitive, reliable, and accurate system to keep today's farms organized, optimized, and running smoothly. One lost piece of paper on a modern farm can easily cost thousands—or even tens of thousands—and I've never met anyone who finds that acceptable.
From planning the first field of the growing season until the last kernel has been sold, we aim to help with every step along the way.
